By accessing or using DataEngineerJobs.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

The Service aggregates and presents publicly available job listings for informational and discovery purposes. Listings, employers, and availability may change without notice.

DataEngineerJobs.com does not guarantee listing accuracy, employer response, interview opportunities, job offers, compensation terms, or hiring outcomes.

The Service links to external websites and application portals operated by third parties, including employers and job platform providers.

Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, data practices, or transaction outcomes.

The Service and its original content, structure, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business use.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit Service content without prior written authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Interfere with Service integrity, performance, or security controls.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or infrastructure.
• Use automated methods to scrape or extract substantial Service data without written permission.
• Misrepresent identity, affiliation, or authority when using the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATAENGINEERJOBS.COM AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DataEngineerJobs.com and its owners, officers, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer rules, except where prohibited by law.

Before initiating arbitration, either party must provide written notice of the dispute and a 30-day opportunity to resolve it informally by emailing legal@dataengineerjobs.com.

YOU AND DATAENGINEERJOBS.COM AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court on an individual basis. Either party may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

These Terms and any non-arbitrable dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any matter properly brought in court, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
